Appreciation for Customer Care Team of Shoppers Stop, Inorbit, Malad.
I, Resha Haria, a frequent customer of Shoppers Stop, am greatly pleased and thrilled with the prompt complaint resolution by Customer Care Team of Inorbit, Malad.
I had purchased a pair of Tresmode footwear on 17th July, 2012 & its heel came off within four days of usage. So I returned it to the customer care of Inorbit, Malad who sent it to the company for replacement of the heel and committed to resolve the complain within 20 days.
The pair of footwear did not come to the Shop on the committed date. So they issued a credit note (even though the repaired footwear was going to arrive the next day) which facilitated me to purchase worth same amount from the same brand. Since nothing of my choice & size was available in the same brand, they arranged for home delivery of a brand new pair of same footwear from another Shoppers Stop store where the stock was available.
I am greatly delighted by the sheer responsiveness, promptness in follow-up and a speedy resolution of my problem.
