This is the second time I am shopping at shoppersstop.com and it is a "NEVER COME AGAIN" experience for me. FIRST EXPERIENCE:
The first time I ordered some dresses for my kids as I was happy to see a lot of cute ones there for my little girl which I saw on other sites but her size was not available there. I purchased 5 items and was waiting. It was my husband’s credentials I used and one day he was saying he got a call from them and said some of the products were not available and it is partially shipped.
TWO items out of FIVE were cancelled saying the product is not available or NOT IN A USABLE CONDITION. It was really sad that the ones I wanted dRajeev_Vermarately were not available. And it took 2 weeks for them to decide if the items are available or not and that also after me calling them a number of times. SECOND EXPERIENCE:
On Feb 5th I logged in there just to check the SALE items. I could see that one of the Tees I was looking for my husband available there. I saw the item in JABONG, but the size was not there. I saw that in some other sites too, but not of his SIZE. When I checked the price was saying 959/- with 40% discount. When I clicked on the item and there the price was 1359/- I left it because I didn’t want to spent that much.
Again I logged in on 6th Feb and I could see that the same item is available for 1007/- @ 37% OFF. It is a UCB Tee and there was FLAT 40% OFF in the UCB shops. But, when I saw the size here, I was on it even if the PRICE WAS MORE IN SHOPPERSSTOP. Sometimes you can ignoresuch small differences for your dear ones. I ordered the item at the moment itself.
Today is 5th working(excluding sat & sun) and I called them. They are saying the item is available but NOT IN A USABLE CONDITION. I asked her "if not in a usable condition why do you dispaly it in the website?". She was saying sorry, but they will try to arrange it in next 2 days and iftheycan’t make it will be cancelling the order. I know therewas no point in fighting with that lady since they say "ONLY WHAT THEY ARE TAUGHT". It takes 7 working days to decide if an item is available or not!!! Aren’t these sitesto be in "REAL-TIME" environment???? If an item is not available it should NOT be displayed in your site???? I am sitting here, my fingers crossed. Hope they can arrange one in USABLE CONDITION!!!
I am feeling really sad now, and writing a review to warn those who are interested in shopping @ SHOPPERSTOP so that you won’t waste your money, time and PATIENCE shopping there.
