Never do online shopping on shoppersstop.com. I had a very pathetic experince with my order number 3832617. I purchased a toy for my son B’day gift. needless to tell the delivery date promised and actual delivery has no link, do not trust them for meeting the delivery dates. Courier was sent from some unknown company Aramax, calling the shoppers stop or Aramax was nightmare just for tracking itself.
However, the misery did not stop there, the product was ripped off before packing itself. The free goods attached to the product was removed. Probably that why they offered doscount at first place, without mentioning the content. later on I tried for refund, numerous call to call center did not yield any result so far. E-mail to estore#shoppersstop.com does not warrant any acknowledgement.
Also, when I asked for complain number, I got a reply that it will be forwarded to back-end for creation of complain number..huh...and they are in online shopping. My agony goes on & on...just now I called and found that they will be processing refund in some future date...nobody know when?
Godforbid...I will not shop again on shoppesstop.com and regret later. Rest is for you to decide...
