I had gone to Shoppers Stop on 15th Dec, 2013. I selected one jean and stood in the queue for billing. There were 5 people were standing ahead to me. After waiting for about 15-20 min, my turn came. I had given First Citizen card for billing and told to redeem 500 points. He told that there is some issue and he cant see the points. He told me to go to 2nd floor. I told him to keep the jean, I will return back in 5 min.
After resolving the issue, I came back and told him to do the billing. There were still 5-7 people were in Q. He told me to stand again in the queue. I argued why, I have already waited for 20 min, I should not be in the queue again. All in vain. He was rigid and didnt agree. I left the jean there and decided not to go to Shopper stop again.
In this competitive world, such kind of a poor service. They would not able to survive for a long.
Such a bad customer service.
