Worst experience ever. Highly unprofessional staff. I went to buy trolley suitcase yesterday, I was not informed by any staff about the current offer which was going on, on purchase of 5000 and above u can get an American tourister trolley suitcase just by paying 2500/- extra, I went to Central store, I did shopping ( although I never wanted to) to avail their offer and got American tourister suitcase, later when I went back to shopper stop, than after seeing a trolley bag they told me, in a sarcastic way 'ohh yeh toh hum bhi de dete itna mehnga mila aapko", than I bought a big trolly Tommy hilfiger suitcase worth 7780/- and than they didnt gave me any warranty card also.
Such staff attitude was highly u professional.
That was the last day when I will do any shopping from shopper stop.
