I have ordered a DVD player on 27th November 2005. Still today the product hasn’t been delivered. I sent so many emails through rediff shopping customer support form but no one care to answer. The order status shows the order is despatched with some courier number. When I sent emails asking the courier company name and phone numberr, I didn’t get any reply. I don’t think it took 30 days to deliver a product from Mumbai to South Indian city. Really it looks like a big scandal stealing customer money by giving false information. Since there is no phone number to call and no registered address for complaints these guys think they can do anything. Actually I wrote a negative feedback about the supplier ’’Electroindia’’ after this happened. Still date I couldn’t find my negative feedback about the supplier in Rediff website. This clearly shows how they manipulate seller feedbacks and show only positive feedbacks. I don’t know why the heck Rediff wants to protect fraud Sellers like this. My advise to all users never ever try Rediff.com. I am not gonna leave this, I am going to complain about these bs to consumer affairs, cyber crime cell (mumbai) and all magazines. Guys if you faced any problems with Rediff.com, we can take some joint action.
