One month back I ordered robo wisdom toy robot with rediff shopping and the vendor(IND MART) sent me complete different product from what I ordered. The product was inferior and a email complaint with rediff about the inferior product sent by vendor but the rediff supported the vendor saying that was a rare mistake and the product will be replaced which I send them back. Though I received the shipping charge but after reading the complaint here in mouth shut I feel rediff is definitely deliberately cheating the customer. Let me update on the replacement which they have send which I still haven’t received yet? If it turns out to be again different then definitely rediff is cheating by encouraging these vendors in spite of so many compliant. I have seen Ojjas Enterprises and IND MARTstill selling products on rediff.
HOW come both vendor can ship same product(robo wisdom) Differently( I mean inferior robot from what it’s showing). Even eBay’s story is the same though I had prompt service and Safety assurance but they don’t protect us from being cheated in first place. It’s only when we are cheated that they refund. But what about the harassment ans wasted time. They don’t care about that. GOVT need to regulate this sector with separate body.
