No Response to mails by Rediff.com Customer Support
in respect of Defective Product Date: 21.12.2009.

Complaint regarding: Non acceptance by Rediff.com, Mumbai Office of the Defective Product Returned by me on 08.12.2009.
ORDER No: 5678497 Waybill No: 44208574561, Reference No: 16335120
Product: Smallest Radio Control Helicopter-High Range Qty:1, Price: INR Rs.895/-.
Vendor: INDMART
I had returned a defective product(a toy helicopter) to Rediff.com on 08.12.2009, but my courier returned the same to me after a week marking, "Addressee refused to receive the article". The customer care centre is also not responding to my several emails in this regard.
