I ordered a pair of binoculars through Rediff shopping. The pair of binoculars was found broken inside the parcel and in such a dilapidated state which could never be thought of. I also bought a diary (year planner) from them. The quality of paper used was inferior and the cover was torn very badly. I repeatedly called and persuaded rediff and it is more than 5 years they have neither refunded the money nor replaced the same.
I am really surprised that such a big company is not taking care of its customers-the very backbone and gives the impression that it is dealing in rejected and defective goods which have been rejected by other companies. I feel shame for this type of slipshod service and vow never to buy any goods from this company again ever in my life.
The parcelwallah is only considerate of taking the money and doesnt co-operate in getting the quality checked. Instead he is arrogant and says that he is supposed to take payment and give the packet and nothing else.
