Rediff online shopping website one of the oldest shopping portal in India. As a online customer we used to order products through this website regularly.
But, Recently I faced a problem with this website. I ordered laptop portable fan on dated 03.01.2017 after placing the order I received a message for order confirmation with date of delivery, here it was mentioned that material will be delivered by 06.01.2017, then again on 04.01.2017 I received another message that your material has been shipped you receive the material by 09.01.2017.
After 09.01.2017 when I didnt receive the material I went to the rediff shopping portal and submit a support ticket on 10.01.2017 that I havent received the product till date. Till 12.01.2017 no response came from their support team during ticket generation it was mentioned our customer support team will contact you within 24 hrs but till 72 hrs already gone but nobody contacted me.
Finally, product received on dated 12.01.2012 around 3 Oclock. As an online customer I used to purchase online so I expect that I need to be received my delivery on timely basis. I know some of us also facing such issues in regular interval from online portal so they need to improve their support service so that online customers should not face such problem.
