My sincere advice to everybody is not to use Rediff Shopping, Worst kind of support,
Recently I ordered two rakhi hampers, I placed the order well in advance on 31st July for delivery before rakhi, They promised me that it will be delivered before rakhi or 100 % refund,
They delivered the rakhi on 17th AUgustt, i.e. after rakhi, that too completely rotten sweets, and now they are saying
**"We regret to inform you that due to heavy rush of orders, there
has been a delay in dispatches and we are very sorry for the delay. ****** ******We understand the sentiments involved in your gifting, and we are taking adequate measure to prevent any recurrence, ****Since Rakhi is past and we will not be able to do much to make up for the lost moment, " **
