My sincere advice to everybody is not to use Rediff Shopping, Worst kind of support,
Recently I ordered two rakhi hampers, I placed the order well in advance on 31st July for delivery before rakhi, They promised me that it will be delivered before rakhi or 100 % refund,
They delivered the rakhi on 17th AUgustt, i.e. after rakhi, that too completely rotten sweets, and now they are saying
"We regret to inform you that due to heavy rush of orders, there
has been a delay in dispatches and we are very sorry for the delay. We understand the sentiments involved in your gifting, and we are taking adequate measure to prevent any recurrence, Since Rakhi is past and we will not be able to do much to make up for the lost moment, "
