I am a customer of rediff shopping jo kusht main mar raha hai. I purchsed a book of Chetan Bhagat "2 states" from rediff @Rs. 95/-. Following problems found:
The book was delivered only when I searched the status as "pending" at the store and sent a reminder. Many pages in the book had last line missing. The book is available through other online shoppings at as low as Rs. 65
When complaint to rediff they replied "send the book back. If we receive it in good condition replacement will be sent."
That means another process of follow up and who knows they may say it has nt reached them in good condition. Ur money gone ur book gone.
Pl. do not purchase from rediff, search other online stores.
