Ok I purchased one Winter Jacket from Rediff Shopping in December 12 2014 and they sent me mail replying that your product will be delivered within 7-10 days and on 20-12-2014 I got a mail that Your order has been Dispatched and will reach you within 7-10 days but I never got that Product.
Don’t know why, I sent a lot of mails to Rediff but didn’t get any reply and on April 13 2015 I got a mail that your Refund has been initiated and you will get the refund within 7-10 working day I can’t understand why they took 5 months to refund the money, Now I am thinking that they are just taking customers money and getting Interest from that money from the bank and after 4-5 months Just refunds the money but still I din’t get the Refund.
I don’t think I will ever get the money back so it is my kind request for everyone to avoid Rediff Shopping.
