Recently I ordered couple of items including a AIWA walkman through Rediff.com. Unfortunately, the walkman product was defective. I spent another 110/- extra as return courier charges.
Till date, I have not received the product nor the refund. I woulld like to sincerely, warn all the members that while online shopping is very convenient, even reputed brands like Rediff.com takes the members for a ride. The shoppers do not have much choice rather than keep spending more money trying to contact the portals which as ever, fail to respond or satisfy the customer.
There are many inherent risks in this model of shopping including frauds. Please be particularly aware of the risks and it is rather good in India to walk all the way to a shop and buy your product than believing the so called portals, even if they are reputed.
