Horrible customer service, poor delivery

When rediff started online customer service using chat it was very good. But since the communication was limited to email address (for overseas customers) the response is very poor. I have been communicating with them for more than 2 months for the product that is not yet received. Now getting sick to write to customer service.


Since rediff is growing they should have more range of products. Sometimes it is hard to find the products you are looking for.


The website is good and easy to navigate if they improve on customer service, then no other site can beat it.


I had very good experience with Rediff in the begining. The delivery is also getting delayed by a day or two compared to what it was in the begining
