I have been using several on-line stores for years and my experience had been fine in general.
I also tried shopping.rediff.com 4 -5 times in with long gaps between each purchase in last 11 years.
First experience was bad but I thoughts it must be one bad experience with particular seller and this can happen at any on-line shopping portal.
I tried this several times always giving benefit of doubt to the new seller. I always though as the brand is mentioned which looks good, I will have better experience this time. But I was always wrong. I don’t know if it was fake product or not, but the quality of product was pathetic.
My last purchase was more than 2 years back but after that experience- I finally decide that I am never going to buy anything from shopping.rediff.com.
My advise - Never fall far the attractive prices with good brands.
