I have ordered items from rediff 3 times. 1st time(children’’s Laptop) they sent but was not satisfied, during 2nd ( Mobile) they sent was with pure quality of sound which I had to return it back & they arranged courier, but 3rd time (emergency light) they sent other model which is 5 times cheaper then which I ordered. when asked they said I have to send it without any damage with my own expenses, I have compromised because there is no guaranty that they will refund money, so I strongly suggest people not buy from rediff.
Also they sell materials made in china which are also found in local Chinese bazaar near your places. Just you need to search for them.
