I bought paint zoom through my credit card. It was defective. I emailed rediff people. They told me to contact the seller.The seller replied to my mails for a couple of weeks.By then he got his payment and then he stopped replying to my mails.
To add to it, he never picked my calls, never.when I again complained to rediff shopping customer care.They would make me wait on the phone and the typical answer "Sir our senior is busy or unavailable. You will get a call back from him as soon as possible", WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. My question is shouldnt they have enquired from me first, whether the defective item was replaced by the seller before releasing him the payment, when there has been a complained regarding defective item.CHEATS!
