Please don’t buy anything from REDIFF. They are really cheating us the name of online shopping.
I placed one order-8207755 with two different items on 1st July. I have received one item through DTDC (D14017581) Courier today. They have written the same item description over the pack but packed some other items inside that.
I tried to contact their customer care about 2 hours, but no one picked my call. Then I have written an email them with all details. In the mean time I started searching some other items but didn’t order. Immediately one of their team member called me to order my searched items. When I asked regarding my last order and explained all this wrong delivered item then he disconnected my call. Since then I tried to connect again but not able to.
I have another item pending with Awaiting Dispatch status through FEDEX (796128664936). Let see how they will resolve my issue. Whether they will replace my wrong delivered item or not.
Finally I would like to say my experience is so bad. They are cheating us.
