I ordered an HP Printer. Then they sent a SMS to inform me that the model I ordered is discontinued and will be replaced by another similar model.
Then they sent the printer which was with many less features. Now they will not replace it and have customer service people who wouldn’t respond and when they respond they use poor English which no one can understand! They would keep pasting the same message. The company is a big fraud.
Please don’t buy anything from them or you will regret.
