Rediff offering web based email service is an average service.The News feature is quite good and worth reading.Overall the service is good but they have got a big problem while deleting emails.When you try to delete a large number of emails at one time then it is unable to do it.I had written once to the rediff support but they could not lend me any proper support.Then I tried many different ways and got to the result if you delete few emails at a time then it works.If it was not for this problem and proper support from their team I would have rated them among one of the best web based email service.Also their rediff radio does not work properly.The home page is very nice and is very useful.
