I am an avid online shopper, and have bought from various sellers both national & international. This was my first with Rediff, lured by Free Shipping. They are the biggest CROOKS around. I ordered for (1) Flashlight Keychain-5 pcs sold by Shop Mart & (2) Easy Plastic Bag Sealer sold by Ojjas. The packets were delivered by DTDC & Aramex respectively and on time. So far so good. I open the first pack and find that instead of the Flashlight they I have sent a cheap mobile charger, the type that are sold on pavements for 20 bucks. The second packet (Plastic Bag Sealer) had a cheap Chinese plastic contraption that looked like the picture on the site but did not work. I spent an entire afternoon taking it apart & trying to fix it.
The next day I registered a complaint on their website (note that they do not have customer complaint number of email id). Even after 5 days I have not heard from them. By searching around on internet I came across their number 022-66042000. It leads you to an voice response system that gives an option for customer complaints. When I chose the option a recorded message told me to register the complaint on their web site, taking me back to sqaure one.
