I ordered a product from Rediff, folding travel bag. The product condition was good. But however the quality was very pathetic.
Rediff denies completely to refund the product. Also it would not allow you to exchange for another product.
Other sites take care of such issues. This site is a total disaster in terms customer satisfaction and shatters confidence among online shoppers.
