I would like to share my experience of having shopped on this portal and their return policy. The product I purchased was not the same as the picture on the website and when I asked rediff if I could return the same as it was of no use to me this is the fantastic responce

Thoroughly dissapointed but happy that this happened on my first purchase with this website and it was a small value order. Just stay away from these guys . VERY POOR SERVICE
