The products are available at cheaper rates as compared to other online portals but you will compare the quality if product/service they are providing then you will never ever try to open this website even not even by mistake.
They keep the persons waiting. But if while shopping after giving address and other details if you log out before payment then within few minutes they will give you a call back for making the payment. Even I found in my case I ordered for Power Bank. Initially it was showing that service is available at my location but after payment I received a call from their customer care informing that the product is not serviceable at this location so they are cancelling the order.
In regard to refund they informed that it will take 5-7 business days excluding holidays, Saturdays & Sundays. Even after that I didn’t got the refund.
I had a bad experience.
