Rediff shopping leaves very bad taste in your mouth. Poor quality product and non dispatch of material by its suppliers. A customer will lose all money and will have to wait till eternity to get his material. Need to complaint. R there any shopping guidelines for internet shopping. What is liability if they fail to deliver. Customer complaint cell is pathetic.
Say always no to rediff shopping. U will hate it when u use it. U will come to know its quality only after u use it. I am harried customer of rediff. Though there is no money loss to me ( I got my refund promptly.) but this is no way u treat an online customer who takes risk of buying the product online without touching or feeling it, cannot judge the quality.
I hope they evolve or they will be history like dinosaurs and other dot com companies. Also they should improve their mail formats. It’s pathetic. Just like Delhi in CWG.
