Pathetic Rediff support and the whole setup

I sent an email originally on Feb 12th, 2014. And still I did not hear back from Rediff since that day. When I call support I do not get connected I am on the line for more than 36 min but still no luck.(attached screenshot)


And when I get connected they do not have any solution over phone as they confirm they did not receive the email and they can not do any thing. If Rediff support email is not working it is not my problem(they offer business email solution but there internal support is having email problems). Rediff Support rep’s are trained to disconnect the calls, this has happened to me+5 time in 3 days.


This is a fresh email I am sending to keep in my record and if required I will make it visible on all the web portals telling how poor the service is.

Hello Support,


I received the order # 9139503 today.


But it is not the same item what I ordered, I ordered for "heavy duty flying insect-killer cum night lamp 5w" but Rediff sends me single unit of cheep product which is available in combo offer for half the cost. "electronic mosquito-and insect killers 3W." Please have this corrected and also arrange for the return pickup.
