I am a fan of computer racing games so I decided to buy a gaming wheel to achieve a greater sense of immersion when playing car games. I looked around and found a Logitech racing wheel for sale at Rediff. After reading a few reviews for that product I decided to order it through Rediff. I was expecting a smooth transaction with a big name like Rediff but was overwhelmed with a number of problems. The delivery was extremely late. After waiting for two weeks I finally contacted Rediff and they said they were having problems paying the freight and shipping charge for the product which is obviously not my fault. Then when I offered to pay the shipping charges their customer support said they couldn’t let me do that thus delaying the delivery of the product even more. I had to wait longer than a month to receive my product which was very unpleasant. This was by far the worst shopping experience that I’ve ever had online. My advice to online shoppers is to stay away from Rediff and look for more trusted names. The fact is the mistake I made was to trust a company like Rediff when there are far more trustworthy sites such as Amazon to buy from. So I would advise people to learn from my mistake and avoid Rediff. Honestly, I’ve realized that it doesn’t serve any purpose anymore.
