I ordered wireless speaker. I received a second hand damaged product. I complained about it after 9 days the initiated the replacement procedure. I couriered my product to them. even after 7 days still no mail back nothing.
Finally after 1 week I asked for refund. But still I did not get even that! Disgusting online shop. They should change their tagline form. India’s best shopping site to India’s worst shopping site
