Rediff shopping sucks.
If you want to buy a product on rediff first please try to contact customer call center if they pick up in less then 15 min ask for 7 days assurance (what you have to do?) and ask how long I can get my money back? And I recommend don’t shop from Rediff.
Reaching customer care is pathetic.
Most of them are duplicate products.
Returning product is very hard.
Use top brand logos & names for products.
Getting refund takes more than 20 days.
They never respond to your mails.
For single product you have to call them more than 5 times.
So guys, please don’t go for rediff shopping. If you done any gifting you will be lose your name.
