I had purchased a Childrens Educational Laptop to be sent as a gift to my neice. I realized it had not reached and was very upset. On getting in touch with Rediff, I learnt taht the delivery was not completed as the date was a Sunday and delivery would be done the following day.
Since I had already made the call, I was on my beat that the date was eventually not met. A CSR at the receiving end kept explaining etc and I banged the phone in disgust.
On a later date, my relative informed me that the gift did reach a day late and post that a small box of chocolates was delivered. I agree this was a delivery late by a day, but I was quite impressed by the customer service gesture from Rediff.com
I for one will continue shopping at Rediff and would advice others to do so too.coz out of a thousand orders, they may falter on a few, but with customer oriented reps, their service will be on the way of improvement too.
