I wish I had read the reviews here and on other sites before I placed my COD order with Rediff. Order no. 8433090. The product was damaged. Sent it back as per instruction from Rediff. Vendor received the same. After this no news. No replacement and impossible to make contact with the vendor. Rediff call center - less said the better. Lost money on the product + shipping to return!
There is a pattern in this cheating. If you pay in advance, no product will be shipped. If you order COD, damaged or defective or some junk will be shipped. Either way you lose money.
They find suckers by the hundreds everyday. Spread the word around so that no one else gets cheated like this.
