I would like to tell u that , please dont buy anything from rediffshopping. its too bad customer service..my friend gifted me two item from rediffshopping.one headphone and another one is a webcam.headphone reached within 3 days also not much problem. but about webcam, ohh
Its a tragedy..till one month I was waiting for webcam.but it didnt reach, after I searched customercare number in their site. there was no direct contact system.Atlast I got rediffshopping number and I tried to contact them.they told me to give one complaint through email.
I did that.after three times enquring the webcam reached.but it was not the same, what we ordered.and the fun is, we bought the webcam in 2009, but its gurantee period was from 2008-2009. :-).it was defective also.when I tried to contact them their hardware team told us to courier the webcam back to their service centre.when I calculated the expenses that I spend to get my friend’s gift, it was greater than the webcam’a price. ha ha..
