Hi all readers,
I purchased an e-cigarette. Order no: 9342268 from Rediff online shopping and found it to be defective.
I called customer care they said return the product with my expense and for the amount I spent on the transit I would get a gift coupon :) Lolz.
I have gone to consumer forum and found out that there are so many people like me who send back the product and dont get anything back .The only think we get it the defective product. I feel Rediff Shopping is a big online shopping fraud who ships all damaged products and get profit out of it.
So please never in your life go with Rediff Shopping.
