The mistake I made with placing my order with rediff is that I visited mouthshut after being victim to their pathetic service. I placed an order for three academic books with rediff on 3 Feb 2014, at that time the expected delivery time had been 3-5 days. I received 1 book on time, 1 after some delay and 20 days later I am still waiting for my 3rd book. I’ve sent mails to customer support tried contacting them but have not received any reply. it is unbelievable how ridiculous their "service" can get.
I am contemplating going to consumer forum.
DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER WITH REDIFF COZ THEY ARE LAZY APATHETIC CHEATS.
