I was purchased A ipod style MP4 player from Rediff saller attitude
*they was shipped it me on 16 march
I take this product and cheked but there is so much defective ear phone
when I start to connect to pc the all software provided on cd is in Chinese language.
then I start to paste some mp3 files on it, when I complete paste files on it and try to play from player its not working, just sampel file work and after finish of sample file the player automatic restart... I think I have to told to seller I was go to feed back option on rediff...
they are not give me option for feedback see the attched images
*1 image : Show my products order list , then I go to detail
2 image : Order status : approved dispached on 10th march , then I go on post feed back
3 image : here I am not find any item/products which I purchased for feedback its totally fraud
I can not write any feedback for any item so, attitude does not get any bad comment from me ...
this is a again fraud from rediffshopping.com they not permit me to contact seller

i have written lot of mails and to customer care for delivery and threaten them for going consumer court but do not care about that. They said we will deliver the order by next day or two, but I have never seen their next day or two.
This is my humble suggestion to all of you please do not shop online with rediff.com. And spread this information as much as you people can.
