It has been almost 3 months since I ordered something on rediff shopping....That was my first and last mistake as far as shopping on rediff is concerned...I am thankful to god that my order was only of 180rs. First they din’t deliver my product.Tracking that online was of no use as it was always in process.Calling them was a very painful task because lines were always busy.i dnt think they have any customer care executives working for them.Then I mailed them for cancelling my order .
They replied back by saying that they have cancelled my order and refund process has been started. Two months have gone by and I am still waiting for that refund.In these two months I’ve mailed them once again and surprisingly they replied again saying the same thing that my refund is in process.Now I have made peace with myself about my lost money .But hey, they replied to my mails, I can live with this......:)
