I have ordered an xperia z(black) on 11th march with order id : 3002099751 and they were suppose to ship it by 18th of march and should reach me by 21st march. Which seems impossible now as they haven’t shipped it yet. And when I call their CC, they do nothing but assure me wait for 24 hour and blah blah they raised a case directly(case id 749469) which is supposed to be resolved by 3rd April. Pathetic service. Customer care representative not helping at all. They just make false promises.
After paying so much money I am getting cheated on. Flipkart is way better in terms of delivery!
I regret my decision. I should have bought it from Flipkart or anywhere else.Don’t know how many days they will take now to deliver it!Bad experience overall. Just waiting for my product desperately.
