Wrong Product Delivered,Still Waiting for my Order

had ordered samsung galaxy s3, after a wait of a week received samsung galaxy core on 24.8.2013 by 2.35pm. Shocked, called up customer care, was told if I could hand deliver it back to their office at Daryaganj, the procedure of sending my ordered phone would get speeded up. By 5.30pm same day returned it back with seal intact & got an official receiving, copy of which was emailed to their customer care email.


Now after very patiently waiting and politely conversing at customer care no.s & shooting several email, frustration has creeped in. It was my 1st time experience with indiatimes shopping, & I was highly apprehensive after reading all the hate reviews on mouthshut, but still went ahead thinking only the irritated ones would be writing all this crap, the satisfied ones would be too busy with product to spare any time for a review. ut! I was totally wrong. order no.3002608236, case id:1050919, hoping to have a positive resolve for the same as only false promises have been made that the case manager will be giving you a call herself, at least 5 times.


Have ordered brand new samsung galaxy s3 pebble blue from indiatimes shopping for net price of rs.23314.00, order no.3002608236, dated 17.08.2013. its my first experience with indiatimes, though have been making online purchases from various other sites like adexmart, flipkart, tradus, letsbuy etc. For the last 3+ years.


I have experienced that except flipkart, which has degraded in its services a couple of notches downwards, others have been satisfactory. Too many dissatisfied customers of indiatimes is really scary to shoo away any prospective one.


just crossing my fingers to have a pleasant maiden one with indiatimes as well!!


Will write back with my experience once my order is delivered.
