Shopping experience with Shopping.indiatimes.com was like ’Great cry little wool’. I trusted it because of their big brand name but ultimate dissatisfaction when purchased from it. I don’t like it because of the delayed delivery services and sluggish responses by the customer support executives.
When I compare it with other online shopping portals it stands at the bottom of my list.
