I made the greatest mistake of my life by opting for indiatimes shopping site to purchase mobile phone. I placed an order on September 25, 2012 for Samsung Tab 2 p3100. I was told the expected delivery date would be October 5, 2012 (which in any case is pretty long).
After making several calls to find out the status of my order I get to know that they could not ship the product on October 2, 2012, as it was a public holiday. Next three days I made several calls to find out why shipping details was still not available only to find out they are also as clueless as I am. after 12 days of placing the order, finally I asked them to cancelmy order. In that case also they told me refund would take 5-10 working days. I am not sure how many times now again I have to cal them to get the refund.
BTW, call center experience is also equally horrible. You get connected to executives after waiting for at least 10 minutes.My advice is never go for any lucrative misleading deals and offers you get from the site. You will definitely end up with a sour mouth.
