Indiatimes Is Simply Harassment

I ordered the a induction cooktop on Dec 27(Order No: 3002927995), PAID entire amount upfront because there was no COD.


They took no action on the order for 3 days, on 4th day they called me up saying that there was an error in the listing and the product is a frying pan.are we fools verifying the product online and then ordering?


This is the product, does it look anything like a frying pan!: https://shopping.indiatimes.com/electronics/induction-cooktops/philips-induction-cooktop-hd4941/41871/p_B2367588 Email stating clearly what was ordered, how much was paid, along with photographs, product description, and specs etc.


Then instead of providing me the product they themselves cancelled the order and the email sent said: "We regret that YOU canceled this order!"


This is HEIGHTS of LYING and CHEATING because I never cancelled, they were so audacious to cancel the order on their OWN without customers consent!


Now they say they will refund money in 15 days time!


BOSS, you take 1 minute to accept the payment, and you take 15 days to give it back! Are you thriving your shop by holding up customers money?


Even if you refund the money that I started with, who will pay back for the harassment and agony and disappointment the customer has faced? The endless wait the customer did in anticipation of the product? Now the customers money is TRAPPED.


I trusted INDIATIMES, but my trust is now shattered.


I tell you, soon someone will sue you big time for your apathetic behavior towards your customers and your unethical business practices. Remember, One dissatisfied customer= 1000 customers LOST! because word of mouth is bigger than what you think.
