This is the first time I ordered something from Indiatimes shopping, I have ordered a product Order # 3001934213 Karbonn A2 from Indiatimes shopping on 25th Jan’13 and today is 29 Jan. I dont understand why its taking so much of time to deliver one single product. When I check My Account order history there is no AWB # generated yet, I tried to get in touch with the customer care exe and he told me they will delivered the product soon by 04/02/2013, I dont understand why does it takes so much time to delivered, Now the customer care are just giving me hope they will delivered soon.
When I asked them to escalate, they said they will draft an email and send me the delivery soon. I wanted to gift this product to my friend on 1st Feb, but because of the worst service from Indiatimes I was not able to do that. This is such a disappointing. I should have read the review about Indiatimes on MS before purchasing from them. Now I have cancel the product after reviewing so many negative feedback about them and asked for refund. Hope atleast that will get credit soon into my bank A/c or for that also I have to run behind them. I think they keep there customer’s money into there bank and earn interest on it. and when customer ask for delivery they make silly excuse or ask them to cancel the order. Good way to earn money isn’t it !
I would have ordered it from FLIPKART it would have been better instead. they ship fast and they sell the best product. Just for few less penny I ordered it from INDIATIMES.COM.This is the last time I shop with them and will never ever do.
