I ordered for a 1GB MP4 player from Indiatimes shopping on 20th September, 2008 as I had like the product on the website. But I was shocked to see the one that was sent to my place after paying 1000/- the product was tampered, the color display worse than a black and white display, you cannot increase the volume, settings are not proper and the CD that was sent along with the MP4 player was all scratched.
I immediately called the customer service and was given a cancellation # 787449 and was told that I would receive a call from the cancellation department within 24 to 48 business hours and I am still waiting for them to call me and give me my money back.
Customer service agents have so much attitude that they dont speak to you properly as if they are doing a favour on you by even speaking to you.
