Horrible Experience

I ordered a Samsung phone in Indiatimes on 15th Aug and delivery date is given as 24th Aug. I paid through credit card.

Today 21-Aug is already over and the product has not yet been dispatched.

I enquired with customer care and they say dueto Rakhi there might be further delay in delivery. What the HELL?!

Why do they run business when they cannot deliver products on time. F!@#$% IndiaTimes!
