I have placed an order no 3002276864 on 3rd may 13 and the order got confirmed, I received the confirmation email. Further then I never received any updates, only when I contacted them via email on 13th May 13, asking for the status of the order, they replied back stating that we are cancelling your order, no specific reason mentioned. After repeated (very rude reply) calls to the customer care they said that my order is cancelled and now you can place a fresh order.
When I asked them the reason they bluntly said that because the item was not in stock when I placed the order. Very funny to know that the order was confirmed when the item was not it stock. The whole point is that they cancelled my order just to place a fresh order at a revised and increased price of the same product that was always been in stock since I placed my first order.
They are encouraging me to place a fresh order which may again get cancelled just to place another order again at a higher price. They are simply giving false information to the customer to grab as much money as they can to earn interest because they never make a refund on time.
NEVER DO SHOPPING on INDIATIMES.COM, believe me you can sleep well at night and work properly at office.
