After buying many products online from e-shop like flipkart, my confidence on e-shopping grew as I was 100% satisfied with my past purchase.But I was wrong in generalizing that experience to INDIATIMES SHOPPING.
I ordered galaxy samsung tab 2 after paying upfront on 9th march 2013 and still haven’t received it.
After calling them they raised the case whose resolution date itself is 5th april 2013.This is ridiculous and they are trying to make fool out of the customers.
They have developed a good business model to fool people where they block customer’s money for a month or so and earn interest from customer’s hard earned money. I signed up in mouthshut only to expose Indiatimes shopping and so that other people won’t commit the same mistake.
