I had a very bad experience with indiatimes shopping. I purchased a new mobile phone from indiatimes shopping.
Firstly I received the phone in 8 days of order. And when I started using the phone I found the product is faulty as touch of the phone was faulty.
Later I called customer care centre to replace the product then they refused to replace it as they said the replacement was done under 10 days of order not delivery. Then I have to go mobile service centre. later on they rectified my phone by adding some part into it. I had a horrible experince with the site. Try only trusted sites to do online shopping
