Placed this order on Dec 12 and still waiting for this. They send apology email for whatever question you ask about this shipment.
No tracking number given. Even they dont know how their products is shipped. But every now and then they will call for asking feedback on this shopping experience thinking they have delivered. Wonder how come they dont know if its delivered or not.
If I call them I get the same reply saying our case manager is working. I dont know who is tat case manager, he never called me. I have asked about him and I got this reply, "Our case manager tried contacting u but u didnt pick his call."
This shows their fraud behavior, they are giving fake replies for whatever question I ask. More than 15 complaint emails sent by me and all 15 got same reply with no information.
They keep creating cases with one resolution date, once that date is arrived they will close the case and create new one.
