Indiatimes shopping site should be banned. they are spoiling image of times group. I had ordered Karbonn A21 mobile. and when I have received the shipment, box was empty, No mobile, no charger. I don’t know whether it was shipped empty or courier service provider (SafeExpress, which is rather very much unsafe I must say) done something to it. Now I have informed the Indiatimes shopping customer care and awaiting response from their end. this is worst experience I have received from online shopping site.
Now onwards, I will think twice before purchase anything from such sites.
